Developer
The apartment complex LEGEND. was developed by the company R.Evolution City, which has participated in the creation and development of real estate projects iconic for the Latvian market. The building “Chocolate” received a special award for “The Best Architecture” and the title of “The Best House in 2006”, a year later “Republic of the Sun” was the best project, and the building “Backstage” won the title of the “Best Luxury Project”.
Additional achievements of R.Evolution City are also visible in Jurmala by visiting the project “The Home”. This is one of the most beautiful buildings of the city, a jewel on Dzintaru Street and the best proof that the uncompromising insistence towards quality gives the best and only result possible. “The Home” was commissioned in October 2012, and it was nominated in the category "Best Building of 2012" in the Latvian Builders Association’s competition and for the following nominations in the annual international prize “Records of Real Estate Market”: “Elite Object”, “Foreign Object”, and “Architectural Design”.
Architect
Most of the R.Evolution projects have been created by the architects’ office Sīlis, Zābers & Kļava. Over the last 15 years the office has accumulated extensive experience and reached an unprecedented level, having developed and implemented more than 50 private and public projects. Architect Ugis Zābers specializes in designing luxury homes. He has designed the most respectable houses in Latvia. The residential buildings he has created, for example, "Chocolate", "Republic" and “Backstage”, have received numerable prizes and awards.
